Fall Lacrosse Registration

By madigan

ANNOUNCEMENT - Eastern Loudoun Lacrosse announces its fall lacrosse program. This is for boys and girls that live in the Briar Woods, Broad Run, Dominion, Freedom, Park View, Potomac Falls, and Stone Bridge school districts.

Registration is open now. Volunteer coaches and parents to help coordinate are needed to make this successful.

To volunteer to help with the program contact Katie Tarrant ktsat@comcast.net and state the age group you would like to work with (e.g. Girls U13). In addition to the traditional fall instruction, the Neighborhood Games league is added to the fall program for this year (Thanks to Jim Brennan for the idea). Cost is $75 (Boys equipment rental is an additional $25).

We consider fall lacrosse a second sport and encourage children to play other sports throughout the year. In keeping with this philosophy, all practices and games are optional.

Day/Times will be determined by coaches and not known until the first week of the program. Most games will be Sun (some Sat). Program will run from September 9th to late October. This is a good time for players to learn the game or get some practice to be ready for our prime season in the Spring.

Visit www.easternloudounlacrosse.org for more information and to register.
