Pulte receives honors

Pulte Homes received the highest ranking for customer satisfaction in the Washington, D.C., market, according to the 2008 J.D. Power and Associates New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study. Pulte also earned the top ranking for new-home quality in the market.

Pulte Homes garnered 11 top rankings in customer satisfaction. Builders are evaluated on a 1,000-point index score based in eight categories: home exterior, kitchen, bathroom, windows and doors, electrical and appliances, flooring and stairs, drywall, and interior paint. Home buyers who purchased a new single-family detached or attached home during 2007 were surveyed.
