Big celebration and an expo/yard sale

Celebrate: Only one week until Celebrate South Riding. Join the fun Friday, June 5, 5-11 p.m. and Saturday, June 7. noon-10 p.m. Saturday’s events will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display. Presale tickets are available at the town hall. Tickets are $5 per day in advance or $6 at the gate. Ride tickets are $1 each or $10 per day for unlimited rides. Children 2 and younger are admitted free. Additional fees may apply for the arcade games. Expo, yard sale: Registration is open for the Sept. 6 Business Expo and Yard Sale. Business spaces are $100 for a 10-by-10-foot bare space; yard sale spaces are $10 for an 8-by-12-foot bare space. Spaces will only be reserved with payment. Please contact the town hall at 703-327-4390 or townhall@southriding.net or check the Web site at www.southriding.net for more information.
