Sure to be loved

Concealed from the hustle and bustle of Loudoun County, this one-level ranch home is the essence of privacy. The home sits on 10 acres, and the surrounding views are simply breathtaking.Entering the home through the front door, you are first met with a cherry floor entranceway that leads to the kitchen in the back and a split hallway that leads to each side of the home.
The open floor plan gives a view of four of the home's main rooms at once. The formal living room, to the left of the entrance, is set off by columns. It also features large floor-to-ceiling windows and crown molding. To the right of the entrance is the formal dining room that has undergone extensive craftmanship with a paneled accent wall and chair railing featuring shadow box trim. Again, floor-to-ceiling windows offer clear views of the extensive acreage.
Atthe back of the home is the family room. As with the others, this room is set off by columns and floor-to-ceiling windows. A columned mantel around the gas fireplace sits next to an entertainment center featuring built-in bookshelves.
Facing the family room is the breakfast room that opens up to a screened-in porch, which in turn opens up to a wider deck. The deck has a walk-down to an above-ground pool area.
Back inside, the breakfast room is next to the ornately made-over kitchen. The cabinets have detailed appliques, stainless-steel appliances and Corian countertops. The hood over the stove was handmade by the owner.
Returning back to the entrance, down the hall to the left are two bedrooms that share a full bathroom.
At the other end of the home is the main-level master bedroom that features a bump-out with floor-to-ceiling windows. Indirect lighting above crown molding gives the room a soft feel. The walk-in closet and linen closet are found in the upgraded master bathroom, which also features a large soaktub, separate tiled shower and dual vanities.
Just outside the master bedroom is the laundry room, complete with wainscoting and access to the two-car garage.
Downstairs, a handmade wood bar also boasts pendant lights, black Corian countertops, a sink and refrigerator.
Perfect for entertaining, the large, above-ground recreational room is lined with windows to give views of the property. A fourth bedroom is tucked away on the far end of the lower level. A real treat, a surprisingly modern bathroom has been incredibly redone. It now features a custom vanity and a stand-up shower with black, slate-like tile. A shower head comes down from the ceiling while others placed on the walls give a truly relaxing experience.
A true haven, this home is located on a property perfect for the avid horse enthusiast, amid horse trails aplenty.
