Football Preview

The long-anticipated 36-page high school football preview section hits the streets Wed., Aug. 29.

Believe me, it's a keeper.

Folks will want to cut out their favorite team's schedule and post of their refrig. The section is chock full of photos, stats and stories.

Hats off to the LTM sports department and photography staff for a job well done.

Back to school

With school starting Sept. 4, drivers are urged to be careful out there.

More than 50,000 Loudoun students will attend public schools this year. The county is growing by leaps and bounds, so there's more students than ever before walking, driving cars and riding school buses.
